All new members get a free consultation where we will find out your fitness goals and how our personal trainers can help you smash your goals. You will be provided with a full health check with detailed In-Body analysis, and we will set you up on our Diversity Fitness app.
We can offer you a fitness programme which you can use on the app or simply get a printout.
Are you nervous about getting into fitness? Have you tried to start your fitness journey before and not had the support you need? If yes, then the introduction to fitness programme is for you – and its completely FREE!
The introduction to fitness programme has been designed to help anyone who is nervous and/or new to fitness build confidence, get fitter and feel more comfortable in a gym and class environment. The 8 week introduction to fitness programme will consist of a 30 minute group class session for everyone enrolled on to the programme, which each week will have a different focus. Each class will be 30 minutes in total and will be tailored specifically for those who are new, nervous or unsure of what to expect from a group exercise class.
Alongside the class we will also provide you with a personalised programme to complete in your own time.
The aim of our introduction to fitness is to ensure that YOU are confident and comfortable to continue with our normal class timetable once the programme is complete. Our qualified coaches will educate and help you through the journey to ensure that in the long term your journey is successful with us, and you will be able to reach your goals and maintain them!
The 8 week boxing transformation programme is designed to help you get fitter, faster, stronger and leaner. If you are looking to lose fat, tone up and improve your overall fitness then this programme is for you!
The 8 week boxing transformation consists of 2 assessment sessions – one at the beginning and one at the end. Within the first session all participants will complete an InBody analysis, transformation photos and a small fitness test. This will give us some great benchmarks to help us ensure you get the most out of the programme. Weeks 2-7 will then consist of 1 x 45 minute group session per week which will get progressively harder throughout the 6 weeks. Each session within this period will consist of 3 minute rounds; a mixture of boxing, fitness, strength and functional work to challenge all levels and abilities! Throughout the 8 weeks we will also provide all participants with a strength and cardio programme to be completed alongside the group session and we ask that a commitment of 4 total sessions per week is achieved.
At week 8 we will then re-test you! The Inbody, progress pictures and fitness test will be completed again.
The course is completely free for members and runs every 8-10 weeks. If you are not a member and would like to get started the cost is £200. Get in touch to put your name down and one of the team will get back to you.

This will be four 8 minute rounds consisting of 1 cardio, 1 upper body strength, 1 lower body strength and 1 core.

Within the club here at Diversity we run a range of in-house and external events which are suitable for everybody!
We will help train anyone who wishes to get into fitness events through our ignite programming!
