  • Be responsible for the smooth running of our club
  • Care about our members, ensure they’re happy and seek opportunities to build rapport
  • Lead our colleagues and maintain quality standards in all areas
  • Conduct tours for prospective new members, selling the benefits that only we can provide
  • Oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Help achieve sales targets
  • Work on marketing to continue to drive new clients
  • Look at new ways to improve the business and working towards building the fitness centre brand
  • Working on franchise the brand out

You will be working with the Fitness Manager to ensure we deliver a five star service and continue to grow the business.

At all times, you’ll be focusing on providing a satisfactory and enjoyable customer experience, whilst ensuring that high standards of hygiene, health and safety are met.

Working hours

Your average work week is likely to be comprised of irregular hours, i.e. early mornings and late evenings, and may involve shift-based schedules over a seven-day period. However, the job involves very little travel and the working environment is relaxed when compared to other office jobs.

Salary
