Need a fun way to approach your fitness? Our classes are a great way to push yourself and to focus your workouts with professional guidance and great assistance.

Whether you are looking for an intense, results driven experience that will push you to the very limit, or you are more interested in a way to slowly build your aerobic strength, we have a class you will be interested in.

We have an amazing range of classes, from HIIT Strength to Yoga whatever you are looking for we can help you. Some of our most popular classes include; Synergy 360, Coach By Colour, Yoga, HIIT Strength and don’t forget The Diversity Challenge.

Our great range of classes span the week, from Monday to Sunday, and give a great variety of different options that we’re sure you’ll love.

All classes are included in your membership. We have a partnership with Ricky Hatton boxing for fitness at our venue alongside all of our coaches being trained in the new spin innovation.

Gym classes in Worksop

Main Studio

In our main studio we have a wide range of classes from, HIIT, Kettlebells right through to Pilates and Yoga. Our Studio is fully equipped with the new Les Mills Smart Bars, Mats and Steps to provide all our members with a high quality class.

Spin Studio

Our immersive spin studio holds a range of spin classes to suit any fitness goals. Our virtual screen allows immersive video routes which will take you around routes all over the world, a studio coach to motivate and guide you through a range of sessions. or why not try our instructor led coach by colour or connect for a more challenging and competitive ride. FTP testing also available.
Best gym equipment Worksop

Functional Area

Our Functional area will hold a range of synergy classes ranging from 30-60 minutes. Here you will find a fun circuit style session including monkey bars, tyre flipping, sled pushing and more. We also have assault bike, ski erg and skill mill to push your cardio fitness to the next level. Our Hatton Boxing Programmes will also be ran in this area, a mixture of boxing and fitness work will help to push you out of your comfort zone and get you next level results.
