We have an amazing range of classes, from HIIT Strength to Yoga whatever you are looking for we can help you. Some of our most popular classes include; Synergy 360, Coach By Colour, Yoga, HIIT Strength and don’t forget The Diversity Challenge.

In our main studio we have a wide range of classes from, HIIT, Kettlebells right through to Pilates and Yoga. Our Studio is fully equipped with the new Les Mills Smart Bars, Mats and Steps to provide all our members with a high quality class.
Our Functional area will hold a range of synergy classes ranging from 30-60 minutes. Here you will find a fun circuit style session including tyre flipping, sled pushing and more. We also have assault bike, ski erg and skill mill to push your cardio fitness to the next level.
